Yes — Vextrify works with Longer. Longer diode lasers such as the Ray5 run GRBL-compatible controllers and connect to Vextrify over USB. Beyond control, Vextrify is a full suite: it prepares photos, removes backgrounds, vectorizes logos and lays out jobs, then runs the machine — and it manages several machines, each in its own tab, on macOS and Windows. You can start free in the browser and add the desktop app for live control.

Longer diode lasers such as the Ray5 run GRBL-compatible controllers and connect to Vextrify over USB. Once connected, Vextrify gives you framing to position the job, a dry-run to check travel, and live control to start, pause, resume or stop — with the device's safety limits respected. If you would rather finish in another tool, Vextrify exports clean files for LightBurn and EZCAD, and .rd files for Ruida controllers.

The biggest difference from a plain controller is everything that happens before the burn. With your Longer, Vextrify lets you prepare photos for engraving, remove busy backgrounds, extract cut contours, vectorize logos to SVG and lay everything out millimetre-accurately on the machine bed — all feeding straight into the job, with no exporting and re-importing between programs.
