Add your laser
Open Laser Control and add your machine with the wizard, over USB or network. Vextrify drives GRBL, Marlin, Smoothieware and Snapmaker machines, Ruida, TopWisdom, Trocen and stock K40 (M2 Nano) CO2 lasers, and SEA-LASER / BSL, JCZ / EZCAD2 and EZCad3 fiber galvo boards. Already set up in LightBurn? Import the device file instead. Every laser gets its own tab.
Align the camera
Calibrate the lens once and align the camera to the bed so the live overlay matches the real work area. Calibration is stored and survives a reinstall.
Detect workpieces
Place your blanks on the bed and click Detect workpieces. Vextrify finds every piece, then places your design on all of them, fits it into each one, turns the pieces into masks, or cuts an outline or a holder around them.
Run or export
Frame the job, then send it directly — or add it to the laser's queue. You can also export an .rd file, save G-code or export a production package for another program.
