Creator Program partner terms

You apply through the form on the creator page. Approval is manual and there is no entitlement to participate. We answer within a few days.

The program is open to creators worldwide who publish real laser content. You must be of legal age and able to enter into this agreement.

The agreement starts when we confirm your application by email.

Approved creators receive a Studio Pro licence for 12 months on one device, free of charge. The licence is for your own use and may not be passed on or sold.

We renew the licence for further 12 months while you remain an active creator. If the partnership ends, the free licence ends with it.

You receive a personal discount code and a personal link. The code gives your audience 20% off their first payment.

The code and link are personal. You may share them publicly, but you may not pass them on to other persons to use as their own.

You earn 20% of the net revenue from each customer you bring, for that customer's first 12 months. For lifetime purchases you earn 20% per sale, capped at €50 per sale. Net revenue is the amount the customer paid, excluding taxes and excluding refunded or disputed amounts.

A customer is attributed to you only through our own checkout. If a customer enters your code and also arrives through another creator's link, the code wins over the link. Purchases outside our checkout are not attributed.

Purchases by you or on your own account (self-referrals) do not earn commission.

Commission becomes payable 14 days after the customer's payment, which covers the refund window.

Payouts run monthly once your payable balance reaches €50. Smaller balances carry over to the next month. We pay by PayPal or bank transfer, as you choose.

You are responsible for your own taxes and social contributions. Where invoices or credit notes are required by law, you provide the details we need, and we issue or request the documents as required.

If a payment is refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed. Commission that has not been paid out yet is cancelled. If it has already been paid out, we may offset it against future commission.

You must clearly label sponsored content and affiliate links as advertising in line with the law where you publish, for example with #ad or "Werbung" in a visible place such as the start of the video, the caption or the post.

You are responsible for complying with advertising and consumer law in your country.

Paid advertising that bids on "Vextrify" or close variations as a search term is not allowed.

Fake reviews, spam, misleading claims, impersonating Vextrify and promoting through unsolicited messages are not allowed. You may only describe Vextrify and its features truthfully.

Commission that results from prohibited practices is not paid, and we may end the partnership.

Either side may end the partnership at any time, without giving a reason, by email. Commission that was already earned and approved is still paid out under these terms.

We may end the partnership with immediate effect if you breach these terms.

We may change these terms. We tell you about changes by email in advance. If you do not agree, you can end the partnership before the change takes effect. If you continue after that date, the changed terms apply.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
